    Tuesday Tales WINNER 32!

    Challenge #32

By entering, every contestant agrees to shamelessly promote and praise the winner on twitter.

For all discussions about this challenge use hash tag #TuesdayTales

I am happy to have this week’s Tuesdaytales Judgemasters take over:

    @LupusAnthropos !

    Wolf or Human? Both!

     Winner of #tuesdaytales 19 & Winner of #tuesdaytales 31

    Margaret C McNulty

    check her out here:

    Also winner of #tuesdaytales 3 & 4

The winner is @charitygirlblog! Mal clearly could be seen to have the qualities of taciturnity and I loved the parallel between the Fran’s condition and that of the clinic.

White walls. Sterile. Like sitting in an icebox and nearly as cold as that too, with the air con.

Fran shivered, wrapped her arms around her thin body. There was a picture of flowers on the Clinic wall. Bland. As neutral as a grey cat at dusk. No fat laughing babies here, no curved bellies and smiling faces. Just lilies. That’s what the flowers were: lilies. Like a funeral.

Mal hadn’t come. Just stared at the TV, flicking past diaper ads, taciturn. No touching, no talking.

Eggs, it all came down to eggs. And hers, it seemed, were gone.

    100 words, @charitygirlblog

The HM goes to @ModernBard1024 Nice allegorical touch.

And as the judge only picked one honorable mention, I have decided to post their story:

Creation took care. Each recipe was precise, and one had to follow them to the letter. A little too much of one thing, too little of another, or any ingredient at the wrong moment and all of the work was for nothing.

When Time threw open the door, chest heaving in distress, Mother nearly dropped the fragile Life in her finely-manicured fingers. She allowed herself a momentary flash of irritation. “Yes?”

Usually taciturn, the young man with the white hair clung to the door jamb. “War has escaped Father’s prison.”

Mother’s hand spasmed, accidentally crushing the delicate egg she held

    100 words

Everyone spread the word of  @charitygirlblog & @ModernBard1024   and  @LupusAnthropos  for the awesome judgemastery!

I would also like to invite our winner Meg McNulty to be a judge for next Tuesdaytales on March 20th , please let me know if your available 🙂

This was NOT any decision and, from the “Judgemastery Guide,” I thought I could pick only one HM. The stories from @SweetSheil @SiobhanMuir and @rastrohman made the judging very difficult and I had to read them all five or six times before making my picks. Thanks, again, to all the participants and especially to Stevie for hosting this.
