    Tuesday Tales WINNER 30!

    Challenge #30

     By entering, every contestant agrees to shamelessly promote and praise the winner on twitter.

    For all discussions about this challenge use hash tag #TuesdayTales

    I am happy to have this week’s Tuesdaytales Judgemasters take over:

    @righteousgeek

    Juan Pablo Hurtado

    Ja. Yes. Hai. Filmmaker of sorts. Disque cineasta.
    He writes things that you may or may not see one day in your screen.
    He also reads, watches, games and eats. http://www.righteousgeek.com
    Also winner of Tuesdaytales #7 & Tuesdaytales #29

    WINNER

    WENDE SMITH

     @ALbinosquirrAL

     @ALbinosquirrAL Winner.

    Sometimes simple works best. The prompts suited a romantic story, but
    it takes a good amount of skill to keep such a story honest and away
    from the realm of the corny. Wende did it. It was like eating a wordy
    version of chicken soup: hearty, soulful and down-to-earth. Very well
    done!

    TUESDAY TALE:

    The bills were piling up. Not much you could do about that on the salary of two teachers, even with the extra income of afterschool programs.

    Their pockets were empty, but their hearts were full.

    She smiled up at him and said, “shall we abscond to a place where the only thing that can break between us is the sunshine?”

    All it took was her twinkling eyes to make his troubles melt away. He whisked her up and carried her gently to the water’s edge.

    To others it may look like a simple bathtub, but to them, it was paradise.

    HONORABLE MENTIONS!

     @DavidALudwig HM for best use of ‘abscond’.
    David made me fear whatever was threatening to steal away with the
    couple’s happiness. Great combination of words.

    @JonathonVolkmer HM for best use of the scenario.
    The double sunrise reference chilled me to the bone. I can see the
    effort he put into creating this unique, out of the ordinary setting,
    and it paid off.

    @charitygirlblog HM for her outstanding prose.
    I really enjoyed reading Meg’s take on the original sin in her snippy,
    fragmented prose. An excellent montage with a nice flow to it.

     Everyone spread the word of  @ALbinosquirrAL and @righteousgeek for his awesome judgemastery!

    I would also like to invite our winner Wende to be a judge for next Tuesdaytales on March 6th , please let me know if your available 🙂
